South Daytona Towers and Southway Apartments are two separate apartment buildings located in beautiful South Daytona Beach. Both of the apatment buildings are affordable housing options for senior citizens and families and are in a quiet neighborhood with a Neighborhood Watch group. The apartments are centrally located near hospitals and clinics as well as a Publix shopping center only 1/2 miles south. The apartments are close to a riverfront park and are boat ramp accessible. Area schools include South Daytona Elementary, Atlantic High School, Campbell Middle School, Warner Christian Academy and, there are numerous churches nearby.

The Daytona Beach area offers great outdoor activities. The area boasts championship golf courses and many open to the general public. Public tennis courses are also available with many area leagues and tournaments to enjoy. If fishing is your idea of fun, you can cast into the surf from the beach, drop a line from a pier for salt water fishing or venture inland for fresh water fishing. The close location of the gulf stream to our area promotes great deep sea and sport fishing. If you'd prefer to watch your sports, our apartments are close to the Daytona International Speedway hosting numerous NASCAR races through the year including the Daytona 500 and the Coke Zero® 400. The minor league baseball team, the Daytona Cubs, make for a great outing for baseball fans of any age.

Daytona Beach area also has the distinction of being host to cultural events from broadway caliber to international festivals. Daytona also has a four year accredited college, Daytona State College, which offers degrees in a diverse array of fields.

We are also only about an hour east of Orlando area attractions. From DisneyWorld and theme parks to the Orlando Magic NBA team to downtown shopping at it's finest, we're only a short drive away .

Our maintenance manager is available 24/7 and lives on the property. The owner and manager also live nearby.
